Conditions of Hire

Hire packs remain the property of Nappy Adventures at all times.

Hire packs will contain previously used nappies in good condition -any new nappies will have been pre-washed to ensure that they are absorbent.

Hire packs may be collected from Nappucinos, or sent out by first class post, at an additional cost.

The period of hire will commence on the day that the pack is collected or the second day after the hire pack is posted.

You must undertake to return hire packs to me complete, clean, undamaged and washed according to the instructions provided.

Nappies are washed with non bio detergent at 60°C and rinsed with no conditioner in between hire periods

Hire packs must be returned to Nappy Adventures after the 2 week hire period. They can be returned at the next Nappuchino, or be received no later than the second day after the end of the hire period if posting.

If items are returned late, you will be charged a fee of £10 per week (or part week) for the pack. Your £10 discount if you decide to place an order of over £50 with us will be unaffected.

If items are not returned within 4 weeks of the commencement of the hire period, your deposit will not be refunded and action will be taken to recover the nappies.

If any item(s) is/are returned damaged or in unusable condition, then the cost of such item(s) will be deducted from your deposit refund.
